Kyoto Animation announced today that they will be holding their first-ever music festival this November in celebration of their series, to thank the fans that have stood by them during the past few years, and to look forward to the future. The theme for the KyoAni Music Festival is “inspiration for the future,” and will have musical guests that will perform music from KyoAni anime.

This will be the 5th Kyoto Animation “Thanks Event” for fans, and the first event in four years. The scheduled 2019 event was canceled due to the Kyoto Animation arson attack in July 2019 and was replaced with a public memorial service for those who passed. No event was held in 2020 for obvious reasons.
Ticket information, guests, and more will be revealed at a later date, with the event being held on November 20 and 21 at the ROHM Theatre Kyoto. An English official website was opened for the event, as well as a Twitter account.
